At Tres Corazones, our model is built around three hearts, which you can think of as branches that support our main goals. Each heart focuses on a different aspect of our mission, helping us innovate and deliver the best service possible. Our Three Hearts are Environment, Community, and Prosperity.

We are a grassroots organization preparing to transition into an LLC soon. As we continue to adapt to our community’s needs, we’ve found great success in coaching, consulting, and advocating for those in need. While some things may change, our mission will remain the same.
